Community Impact Stories
Here’s a great story: we’ve proudly invested well over $2.5M into local community projects and we’re not stopping there. On top of that, we invested in a Community House for all, creating a space where everyone belongs. We partner with local organisations and the business sector to resource and grow in the community space, including funding our Community Partnerships Lead role to drive even greater impact. We love sharing the stories of how our investment helps the community thrive.


Backing Buninyong’s digital community
Community Bank Buninyong customers can proudly stand behind an $8,500 investment to support the redevelopment, strategic planning and sustainability of the new Love Buninyong website, helping strengthen a key digital platform for the town. The project is designed to create a more connected and sustainable online space centred on Buninyong, where residents and visitors can learn about local activities, events and businesses. Delivering uplifting music to the community
Ballarat Choral Society has brought major classical works to local audiences with support through Community Bank Buninyong, helping the choir deliver performances of music by Dvořák and Mozart at a high standard. The support helped cover one of the project’s major costs by enabling the choir to engage eight soloists. Little Shed, Big Difference
Sometimes the most practical support can make the biggest difference.
