Buninyong & District Financial Services Limited (BDFSL) operates a locally owned franchise of Bendigo Bank (Community Bank Buninyong). We exist for the purpose of distributing profit back into meaningful community projects, causes and organisations. We’re all about enabling organisations to make significant impact in the local community we all love. Every day we’re working tirelessly at our local branch to help your organisation and the betterment of our community. We think that’s pretty special and unique.
For us, it's all about helping build a thriving, resilient and inclusive Buninyong and district. This is the yardstick by which we measure our decisions.

The Company was formally established in accordance with the laws of Australia and has adopted a Constitution establishing rules, regulations and guidelines upon which the Company is required to operate. This includes obligations of the Directors. Significant amongst these obligations is a requirement that Directors ensure there is a broad ownership of the Company by members of the community.
The Company's Board is determined to ensure it fulfills its vision of contributing to a thriving, resilient and inclusive community.
We are certified by Social Traders as a business for good which demonstrates the social enterprise origins of our company.
