Community Bank Buninyong was proud to support the BDTA Midweek Ladies Tennis Competition with Community Gold donated to help celebrate the season and recognise the efforts of players across the competition.
A huge congratulations to this year’s premiers, Flying Aces, who claimed their first premiership after an impressive finals campaign.
Finishing fourth on the ladder, Flying Aces timed their run beautifully and rose to the challenge when it counted most, proving just how much can happen in finals tennis.
BDTA Midweek Coordinator Mandy James said, "The grand final itself was a great contest, with the result coming down to the very last set in a close and exciting finish. It was the kind of match that keeps everyone interested right to the end".
We are always proud to support local sport and the volunteers, players and competitions that bring people together across our community.
