Scholarships Open Doors

For years, Community Bank Buninyong scholarships have helped local students realise academic paths by providing financial support to those who may otherwise be unable to pursue tertiary education.
Delivered in partnership with the Federation University Foundation, this program specifically supports students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds and regional communities by assisting with the costs associated with higher education. Whether it’s tuition fees, textbooks, travel or technology, support allows recipients to focus more on their learning and less on the financial stress of study.
One 2025 recipient said,
“This support provides encouragement and a rare opportunity for future students like myself to pursue our passions with the knowledge that our community stands behind us.”
The program not only helps students access quality education, but also inspires a sense of belonging and community connection proving that when local people are backed by their local bank, incredible things are possible.
