New laptop for Probus

he Probus Club of Begonia City recently made a significant step in upgrading its technological capabilities thanks to the support of our Community Bank.

"Our previous computer was big, old, heavy and slow, but it ultimately got the job done," said Club Representative Murray Stevens. "However, its loss highlighted just how crucial it was for our club meetings and guest speakers."

We supported their request for new equipment to ensure community clubs such as Probus can undertake their administration and presentations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Community Bank Community Partnerships Lead Kelly Bevan said “having current tech makes clubs tick and maximises their contribution to the community. Everything just works better for them, which in turn keeps members engaged and productive”.

In preparation for their upcoming club meeting, some members of the club popped past the branch to collect their slick new laptop.
