Our Community Bank didn’t hesitate to support the development of a Friendship Mentor Program at Mount Clear College
The opportunity to participate was provided to all year 9 students with the intention of becoming friendship mentors for year 7 students.
The 25 students completed 2 days of training which covered the importance of relationship development, being smart online and conflict resolution. The program has resulted in improving confidence, honing skills to deal with conflict resolution and students perceiving themselves more as leaders within the school.
Members can follow each other, write and reply to comments and receive blog notifications. Each member gets their own personal profile page that they can customize.
